Scope

This is a personal, self-hosted finance tracker operated by a single private individual for their own use. It is not a product, not a service offered to others, and not available to the public. There are no users other than the operator, and no accounts can be created.

These terms exist because a link to them is required in order to register an application for open banking access. They govern the operator’s own use of their own software.

What the application does

It reads account information — balances and transactions — from accounts belonging to the operator, via a licensed Account Information Service Provider, and displays a consolidated view of them.

What it does not do

• It cannot initiate payments or transfer funds. Access is read-only.
• It does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
• It does not offer any service to any third party.

No warranty

The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Figures shown may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect, and must not be relied upon for any financial decision. Authoritative balances are those reported by the relevant bank or broker.

Third-party services

Bank access is obtained through Enable Banking Oy under their terms of service. Market and portfolio data may be obtained from brokers under their respective terms. Such data is used solely for the operator’s private display and is never redistributed, republished or retransmitted.

Termination

The operator may stop using the application, revoke bank consents, and delete all stored data at any time.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. The date above indicates the current version.
